Can I travel overseas whilst I am bankrupt?

Yes, although a bankrupt is required to provide his/her passport to the Trustee in Bankruptcy.  Before the Trustee in Bankruptcy will consent to the bankrupt traveling, the bankrupt will need to provide an itinerary and proof of a return ticket. The Bankrupt Trustee may require all income contributions to be paid up to date before consent to travel will be provided.
